By ticking ‘I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions’ when completing your purchase you are confirming you have read, understood and agree to all the conditions below.
Orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions and the placing of an order with Chantal's Gifts is to be deemed to be acceptance of such terms and conditions. No variation or modification of, or substitution for such terms and conditions shall be binding, unless expressly accepted by Chantal's Gifts. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.
All prices quoted are provisional only until order has been accepted by Chantal's Gifts. The prices are subject to alteration without notice and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods at the prices applicable at the date of dispatch.
PayPal is our method of payment for all credit/debit card payments. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay. Chantal's Gifts does not gather, store or process any card information.
Unless otherwise agreed delivery will be arranged by Chantal's Gifts. If the buyer fails to give the Company a proper delivery date & address or transport instruction when required, the buyer shall be liable for any extra transport cost incurred. Free Standard UK delivery will be shipped on the most appropriate service for the order normally with Royal Mail. Please allow 2-3 days for orders on Standard UK shipping to arrive as these are not guaranteed services. International delivery is sent by the cheapest, tracked, method available.
Acceptance & Return
In the event of any defect to the products supplied by Chantal's Gifts; if it is satisfied that it is due to faulty material, will replace such products provided that we are notified in writing within 14 days after delivery. Return of goods not suffering from defect will be undertaken according to Distance and Online Selling Regulations, provided that we are notified within 14 days of delivery and we receive the item back in original and unused condition within 14 days of the date of the notification of intent to return, with the purchaser bearing the cost of return. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during return so please send items via a tracked or signed for service.
Please note that Custom Orders are not eligible for return unless faulty. Your product will not be made without written acceptance of a design proof.
To cancel an order please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after the order is placed so it can be cancelled before items are despatched. Any refund required will be made within 2-3 working days.
Whist every care is taken in providing suitable goods and in giving particular of specification and quality, the Company gives no warranty.
